Cosmetic | Product Packshot
On this project the goal was to develop a product line, with different shapes and sizes but with the same identity and design. For this, I chose the cosmetics.
The modeling process was not so hard. The shapes were basics and minimalistics. So the biggest efforts came to the shaders/materials and lightning.
The materials were made in Blender. In the process I realized that we can think about as a layer system, similary with photoshop, where we craft each part separated and them we stack, using mixing effects. In the begining, sometime ago, I struggled a little with it, but thinking this way helped me clear the situation.
I really liked the gradient effect combined with the glass/transparent shader, a super comom situation on the products found in the market.
